What Phrom Phong and Sukhumvit are like
Sukhumvit is the road that runs east to west through central Bangkok, shadowed by the BTS Skytrain along most of its length — which is what makes it the city's most practical district to move around after dark. Phrom Phong, one of its central stations, is surrounded by upmarket hotels, department stores and restaurants by day, and by lounges and karaoke clubs at night. For visitors and expatriates alike, it is the part of Bangkok people mean when they talk about a night out.
The side streets off Sukhumvit are numbered and called soi. TEN% sits inside Sukhumvit Soi 33, far enough in to be private, close enough to the main road to be easy to reach.
Getting here
The simplest route is BTS Phrom Phong station. Leave the station towards Sukhumvit Soi 33 and walk in — roughly 7 minutes. By taxi or Grab, show the driver "Sukhumvit 33" or the address below.

The exact location and a map are on the getting here page. If you cannot find the entrance, message us on LINE and we will guide you in.
The area after dark
Phrom Phong works well as an evening that builds: dinner nearby, then a short walk to a lounge or KTV without needing a taxi in between. That walkability is why the district holds so much of Bangkok's premium nightlife in a small radius. TEN% is built for the end of that evening — among the largest private rooms in Bangkok, a live band in the premium rooms, and a full bottle list.
Practical tips
- Take the BTS — Bangkok traffic is at its worst in the evening. The Skytrain to Phrom Phong avoids it entirely.
- Save the address — keep the address above or "Sukhumvit 33" on your phone for taxi and Grab drivers.
- Book before you come — on weekends, a message on LINE ahead of time means no waiting for a room.
