What is a KTV in Bangkok?
In Bangkok, a KTV (karaoke club) is a members-style lounge where you enjoy singing, music, food and premium bottles in a private room. It is different from a walk-in karaoke box: rooms are large and fully private, hostess companions can join your table, and premium venues add live bands and serious sound systems. The Sukhumvit and Phrom Phong area is Bangkok's main district for this premium style of KTV.
TEN% is a premium membership KTV in this district, with some of the largest private rooms in Bangkok, Korean-imported JBL sound, and live band performances in premium rooms. Here is how a first visit works, step by step.
1. Booking
Walk-ins are possible, but rooms fill up quickly on weekends and in high season. To secure the room and time you want, book ahead — on LINE, WeChat (bkktenpro), KakaoTalk (tenbkk) or by phone (+66 65-976-5136). You can message in English. Tell us your group size and rough budget, and we will suggest the right room.
2. Choosing a room
TEN% runs four room sizes:
- S room — up to 10 guests, 3,500 THB
- M room — up to 14 guests, 4,500–5,000 THB
- L room — up to 18 guests, 5,500–6,000 THB
- XL room — up to 20 guests, 6,500–7,000 THB
Every room has its own private bathroom and high-quality sound, so your group never mixes with other tables. Pick by group size — from a small night out to a full company party.
3. How the night flows
After you are shown to your room, order your bottles and dishes. The list runs from whisky, cognac and champagne to single malts, wine, soju and beer, and the food is prepared by a renowned restaurant chef. See the menu page for the full bottle list.
Lady drinks and choice
A lady drink is the standard way to invite a hostess to join your table — you buy her a drink. You can choose the companions you would like to join you. For details on how it works on the night, ask the staff or message us on LINE.
Live band
Premium rooms feature a live band. Sing with the band or just enjoy the performance — it is what sets a premium Bangkok KTV night apart from a simple karaoke box.
4. Membership
Regulars can join a membership from 10,000 to 50,000 THB. Bottles are included; from 20,000 THB the room fee is 50% off, and from 30,000 THB the room is free. Unfinished bottles are stored for up to one year, ready for your next visit.
5. Etiquette and tips
- Book ahead — Friday and Saturday nights sell out early; a day in advance is safest.
- Talk budget openly — room, bottles and companions can all be matched to your group and budget. Just ask on LINE.
- Payment — cash and cards are accepted.
- Dress code — no strict rules; smart casual is a safe choice.
